Pre-order refunds
We have a full refund policy on pre-orders, which means you can request a full refund after you paid deposit payment – until your item has been shipped to you.
Returns
You can also return some items (excluding construction materials) within 14 days after delivery – if the items are in original condition (including original packaging, manuals, accessories, etc.). You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return shipment, even if original shipment was free. All returns are subject to a minimum re-stocking charge of 10% (depending on item and packaging condition), except mistaken delivery of the wrong item.
If the product already has been installed, used or missing original packaging or some parts, it is not returnable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
